I made these folded cards on a whim last week and wanted to share my DIY for making stamps with craft foam! These stamps are very simple and easy to make, and can be used to create stationery, wrapping paper, gift tags, and even printed fabric if you use fabric paint!

Supplies Needed to Make Stamps with Craft Foam
~ Craft foam (any color is fine, I usually get white)
~ Lids, cords, bottle tops, or small pieces of cardboard
~ Pencil
~ Scissors
~ Paper (I used sulphite paper but you can use any paper you have)
~ Small tray
~ Washi tape or painters tape

How to Make Stamps with Craft Foam
1. Trace the cork or lid you are using onto the foam with a pencil. Then draw your heart inside. Cut and hot glue onto the top of the stamper.
2. Fold and tape your card onto the tray, making sure the borders are even.
3. Decide which stamps you will use with which color. You don’t want to contaminate the ink pads by switching colors with a stamp, so just keep it 1:1.
4. Start stamping! Press down many times the first time to really coat the stamp. Overlap colors and stamp off the edge to create depth and interest. If you don’t have ink pads, you can use paint. Just squeeze some tempera paint onto a damp sponge and work it in so that it acts like an ink pad.
5. Gently peel off the tape and reveal your print!
You can put all of your stamps and supplies into a small box or bag and take out whenever you need some stationery. Or make a set and gift it to someone special!
